Wouldn't even give 1 star. Ordered item, 3 weeks ago. Still no sigh of it. No response from them. No answering into emails. Service 0*. Disappointed.

My grandma could code a better website than this. Some annoying dropdown thing dropping down every time I stop scrolling, and then when I finally manage to pick out a few things, there's no way to add them to the basket. Whoever designed this should be slapped around.

Awful worst customer service ever! They speak like robots. They doesn't try to help at all. I bought a cloth in their store and tried to return it in a week, they declined it and said that I can return it just in three days! I contacted them online and they said that I can return in 30 days, I sent them the receipt around 5 times and asked them several times, they said that I need go to the store and refund. And in the store they declined it again. I emailed them again and asked to check the bill (there it says return in 3 days) and they said that I can't return it. AWFUL SERVICE! And three days for return!

Very rude customer service- wish I'd got the name to complain.

It is the worst experience I ever had with customer service and the store itself. My package is "lost" and they don't do anything to change that. I constantly get told to contact the deliverer, but they say to contact Stradivarius. Also, the customer service is really mean and bad, they answer you after 20 minutes with minimum information. A week ago they told me that they would start an "investigation" in terms of my package and when I contacted them about it after 2 weeks they said they would do it again. I have been waiting for almost a month now. This was the first and last time I'm going to order here. Really bad!

Now been 3 MONTHS since I made my return and I am yet to receive my refund of £70!!! Next step is small claims court, do NOT buy from here

Not buying online there again!!Made a purchase with free delivery..made the payment and a few hours later they found out they did not had one item ..changed my order and charged me delivery!! I sent an email complaining but they didn’t bother to reply or send my money back!!Delivery was almost the same price as the item ..soI paid almost the same but with one less piece of clothing!

Why I can’t give 0 stars ?!!! That’s not fair ! Anyway ... worst experience ever ! Supposed to receive my delivery this Saturday ! (Been waiting all morning as I received the message saying it will be delivered on Saturday between 10-1) haven’t received my delivery! Contacted customer service and they told me to contact Royal Mail myself! Sorry that’s you who chose courier (who doesn’t update you about anything... are they going to deliver it other day ? ) so that should be you who’s checking it not me ....

I was happy with half of my order but sent a lot back. I waited 3 weeks to get an email notification that it arrived and I'm still waiting for the refund - apparently this can take 30 days??This is much much slower than their retail counterparts (Zara, H&M, ASOS etc.) who, despite doing returns on the same day, all refunded me within 5-7 days MAX. I like the products but, I will only shop in-store from now on.

I placed an order midday Thursday for some boots, with an estimated delivery of between 4th-6th Jan. I took it with a grain of salt as I know company’s close over the new year and couriers are struggling massively at the moment. I actually received the boots first thing this morning (Saturday)! They are great quality and will definitely be ordering again. Thank you to the staff for getting these out to me ASAP :)

Bought two items (a puffer coat and shacket) and they are such beautiful quality! Cannot fault that at all. Much higher quality than other online retailers for the same price range.Would give 5 stars, except the returns process (the shaket was a a bit too big) wasn't great. As I made the order without having an account, I couldn't make a return. Had to contact customer service as even when I made an account, it didn't register that I had bought anything. It was fine, in the end just took a while to sort out.
